Should you like to register with us and get custom business pricing, please click on the "Business Applications" Menu and click on the "Business Application" from the drop down menu. From there you can compete and download the registration application that suits your company to register and get access to custom pricing on our website and app. If you are still having trouble, kindly use the Office Phone Number listed above and we will walk you thru the registration process.
If you are registered by La Vie De Luc as a business customer or you have access to custom pricing and your company makes use of a 7Day - 30Day payment term, kindly see the following options available to you.
1. Your company or product procurement manager can make use of our new innovative "Quick Order Form", this form can be found under the "Business Applications" Tab.
This form will allow your company to place orders on the fly and get an instant confirmation, this also allows your company to make use of our credit terms and pay at a later date once we have sent you an invoice.
2. If your company is already registered and you have just created your La Vie De Luc online customer account, please contact our sales consultant Monique via email of via our office phone number, after which we will tag your account with the necessary discounted rates and you will be able to see your unique custom pricing which only you can see the next time you log in. This will allow you to checkout using your unique pricing and stay up to date with your current account.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can submit a cancel order request by heading over to the "Business Applications" menu and selecting the "Order Cancellation Request" option from the drop down list.
If you would like to change your order, you can submit a new "Quick Order Form" after you have sent a cancellation request for the old one if you are making use of the "Quick Order" method.
If you are a regular customer, you can make use of the "Order Cancellation Request" form, after which we will issue you with a full refund.
Once we have received your order, you will get an order confirmation email after which you will receive an order fulfillment email once your water order is dispatched and on its way to you.
Please make sure to check your spam folder as sometimes emails can get lost this way.

You will receive an order cancellation email if we find that your company is not yet registered on our system. If you are not yet registered you can head over to our "Business Applications" menu and select "Business Application" from the drop down list.
